information during the registration process and throughout your association with Aveon Travel and Tourism.
4.2. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to visa processing and travel services.
4.3. Confidentiality: You must maintain the confidentiality of all client information and use it solely for the purpose of processing visa applications.
4.4. Professional Conduct: You agree to conduct your operations with integrity,
professionalism, and in a manner that reflects positively on Aveon Travel and Tourism.
5. Services Provided
Aveon Travel and Tourism provides a platform for registered visa agents to process visa applications and access related services. We do not guarantee the approval of any visa application and are not responsible for decisions made by immigration authorities.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1. Service Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with the services provided by Aveon Travel and Tourism.
6.2. Payment Terms: Fees must be paid in accordance with the payment terms specified byAveon Travel and Tourism. Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or termination of your registration.
7. Use of Platform
7.1. License: Aveon Travel and Tourism grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable license to use our platform for the purpose of processing visa applications.
7.2. Prohibited Activities: You must not use our platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to fraud, data theft, or unauthorized access to our systems.
8. Termination and Suspension
8.1. Termination by Aveon Travel and Tourism: We reserve the right to terminate your registration at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or any unlawful activity.
8.2. Termination by You: You may terminate your registration by providing written notice to Aveon Travel and Tourism.
8.3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease all use of our platform and return any confidential information or materials provided by Aveon Travel and Tourism.
